Description
The pedestrian "don't cross" orange hand signal is out at the intersection of N Lombardy Street and W Grace Street when looking east at the southbound intersection approach. Note that the white "safe to cross" pedestrian symbol displays correctly, but the flashing and solid orange hand do not display leaving it completely black for a good chunk of the cycle and confusing/dangerous for pedestrians.
