Description
Caller states folks are throwing trash on his property; he called the police because he found a letter/bill with a name and address and was told by the police there's nothing they can do to call the COR. The trash that is being dumped is a lot of house; caller states they break the camera and then dump the trash....in the rear of the property. Caller lives in Chester but often is told to call COR police because he owns many properties in several areas. He says the address as to where this is happening is 3412 Terminal Ave
