Description
There is a public trash receptacle at the corner of Grove and Lombardy Streets, directly outside residential balconies. During summer, it quickly fills with dog-waste bags and other trash, creating strong odors and attracting lots of flies onto nearby balconies and to open windows. This is a recurring issue. Please consider relocating the receptacle farther from residences, possibly to the area outside Lombardy Market, where it may be more appropriate
