Had called and was complaining that there's high grass on the side street of Joplin Ave and Harwood, The grass on the right side of the street is real tall...Caller states this high grass is awful This is on the side street of Joplin Ave a right off of Joplin before Harwood. There's a big boat attached to a van right there. (if needed you can come to her address and she can show you the concern (1802 Joplin Ave 23224)
