Description
A red waste services dumpster has been sitting on the side of Kensington (right at 501 N Arthur Ashe Blvd) for months. It has a permit that expired June 26th, 2026. It takes up two street parking spots and makes it impossible for a driver at the light to see if a pedestrian is on the sidewalk behind it. This could lead to a safety issue if the pedestrian crosses the street. It also makes it difficult to turn right on red and obstructs vision.
