owner of 2212 Northumberland ave needs to pick up their trash Please address the ongoing trash and safety issue in the alley behind 2200–2212 Northumberland Ave. Trash from 2200, 2204, 2206 and 2212 Northumberland Ave is piling up, and bags are being torn open by stray animals, scattering garbage throughout the alley. There is also a lot of broken glass, creating a serious safety hazard. Please inspect the area and require the responsible properties to clean up and properly contain their trash.
