Description
The alleyway behind the 400-422 block of W Clay St that connects N Henry St and N Monroe St, has been accumulating trash for months where all the bins are. This is primarily on the N Monroe St side where all the garbage bins are. No resident is assuming responsibility and it is inviting rodents and pests. Understandably, garbage collections trucks do not pick up trash not put in bins. The issue will likely just keep excaerbating.
