Description
Fence completely blocking sidewalk so you have to go in the road to get around. They also have a big sign before the fence that is right in the middle of the sidewalk.

At the time of the inspection, no fence, sign, or other obstruction was blocking the sidewalk or another portion of the public right-of-way. The pedestrian route was open and passable. The reported condition may have been temporary or removed before the inspector arrived.
