Description
The Savory Grain Restaurant on 2043 West Broad St 23220 has been illegally dumping their waste in the residential trash and recycling recipticals on West Grace Street, north alleyway. This situation has been going on for a month now. There are flies and maggots covering the trash cans. The waste is piling over the trash cans and flowing into the alley. Which is a public right of way. The stench is unbearable with the heat we have been having. This is a serious health issue at this location. Something needs to be done about this HEALTH ISSUE. There is NO dumpster at this restaurant. I have witnessed this illegal behavior.
