Description
The alley is currently in very poor condition and does not appear to be regularly maintained. It has become severely overgrown and needs to be cleared, and the addition of gravel would help control vegetation and maintain usable vehicle access. There is also a guardrail along the edge where the alley turns off Athena Lane, which appears to indicate that this has historically been used as an access route.
