Description
There is a large divot at the southeast corner of 31st and S. It makes turning on to the east part of S difficult, as the divot is too large to avoid going over it and is definitely hazardous to vehicles. It looks as though the asphalt wasn't dry before a large truck drove over it and squished the pavement down and out. Looks like a thumbprint in dough almost.
