Description

See photo. This guardrail was taken down by DPW to provide parking for city vehicles in Gillies Creek Park during the tall ship event in the James. As you can see in the photo, guardrail was not put back up. We don't need vehicles stopping unexpectedly on Williamsburg Ave to turn into the park at this location. I've seen vehicles on this old road in recent weeks.
