Description
I am writing about a dead tree on the sidewalk in front of our home at 4500 Coventry Road, Richmond 23221. During the storms over the last few weeks, several limbs have fallen close to the cars and several residents of the neighborhood as they walk on the sidewalk. I have cleaned up the limbs, but I am concerned that someone will be hurt if the tree is not removed. The entire tree appears to be dead so I write to request that your team remove the tree and then grind the stump.
