Description
Since the new "smart" traffic signals were installed at Monument and Thompson the eastbound left turn arrow seems to be defective. The green left turn arrow appears even if there is no traffic in the left turn lane. While not a huge deal it does cause minor delays for motor/cycle/pedestrian traffic. I would think the yellow arrow should appear if there is no one in the left turn lane, similar to how it works on southbound Hamilton and Broad. The same is true at Malvern and Staples Mill. Thanks.
