Workers in this area a frequently performing activities that are dangerous to motor vehicles and will result in damage or harm to those driving by if actions are not taken. This includes stopping traffic to talk to their friends driving by and swinging the heavy equipment into the road without checking for vehicles or proper signage/flaggers.
