Description
It's the big Cedar Tree at the corner of Snead Road and Paul's Lane. It has had a dead limb or limbs hanging for a long time. An arborist let me know today that it's in pretty bad shape. I told him as far as I know that the tree belongs to the city as it is near the edge of where my property is.
