Description
Tree and vines hanging over onto the street, creates unsafe travel conditions especially when cars are parked on French street near the corner of Condie St. Growth begins on RMA property. I see a ticket was assigned in May but has not been taken of care of yet and it's August so I'm submitting a second ticket.
