Tree is in heavy contact with 2624 Hanover, will soon be in heavy contact with 2700 Hanover, leans heavily to one side over Mulberry Street, has numerous low-hanging branches that are often struck by passing trucks, and shows some signs of disease. Heavy pruning needed ASAP.
