Description
Utility access port lid (about 10" diameter) is missing and has been replaced by a large concrete chunk. Not only does this not protect the utility access, it also causes a trip hazard. This has been this way at least since April of 2026 (where you can see it on Google Street View). Should be a quick fix--needs a utility access port lid.
