    DPW must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All-way stops are not planned at the intersection of Chatham Rd and Wentbridge Rd because this intersection does not meet the MUTCD traffic volume requirements.
