Description
Battery Park is a disgusting the grass is over 12 inches tall and there is overgrown vegetation on the tennis court, not to say the city had just re- done the tennis courts. The vegetation is so overgrown that you can't even see the Arthur Ashe statue. The city has the highest real estate taxes around the surrounding area but can't keep the park nice where most families spend their time. This is the second request I have put in. I quess the next step would be for me and the mayor to have a talk.
