Description

This is the fourth time a ticket has been opened for this issue, and no one has taken the time to contact me regarding it. The person or persons assigned to the ticket continue to close it without checking the location or addressing the actual problem. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me and investigate the issue before closing the ticket again. Thank you.
