Description
VA State FRA Inspector wrote up that vegetation is blocking the public's view of the CSX Railroad Crossing Signal Approach Lights and signs at Walmsley BLVD. Both East and West bounds directions, but mostly West Bound. The west bound sign at the road marking for the crossing is covered in vegetation also.
