Description
Garbage and recycling bins have been left in the alleyway for quite some time. It makes the alleyway extremely hard to get down (bulk item pickup won't even come down the alley for example). I've attached a picture that shows how the alley is considerably narrowed by their presence. The apartment building runs right up to the edge of the property line, so there is no space to keep them in the alley.. The bins should be stored around back of the buildings and pulled out on trash/recycling day.
