Description
Driving through this alleyway causes paint scratches on vehicles. I have seen neighbors trying to tackle it with small folding camp saws but the overgrowth is unreal. Both sides of brook road in the 400 block and the alleyway are becoming a public issue with citizens having to walk into brook road itself or down the middle of the alleyway; where there is no space to move out of a cars way. Lots of foot traffic in this area means people need to be safely able to get out of regular car traffic.
