Description
The supercans assigned to 217 S Arthur Ashe block the sidewalk and constantly overflow with trash. The garbage flies around and litters the alleyway, parking lot, and neighboring homes. This has become an increasing concern. Boxes, trash cans, and broken bottles constantly impede the public right of way. Property management knows it is a problem.
