Description
This is an ongoing issue with the apartment building on the corner of Arthur Ash Boulevard and Grayland Avenue. All of the super cans have been relocated to the sidewalk, seemingly permanently. This is a public sidewalk and it can be impassable at times due to the amount of trash piled next to and in front of the cans. There is also a lot of little in the alley directly behind the apartment. This used to be a nice building, I'm not sure what's happening to it but it's not a good trend.
