Description
Blacktop was damaged initially during snow and ice season when the snowplows scraped the street. It has gotten worse recently with all of the rainstorms. Rainwater doesn't run off and it stands from our mailbox to the end of the street and around the curve. There is a muddy hole near the mailbox, and the Mail delivery vehicles drives through it daily.
