Description
city Zoning came out for unrelated issue to nextdoor neighbor. He noticed power line down at 2705, phoned police, who phoned Dominion. Dominion parked thwir truck on the brick side walk to make repair. They damaged the brick sidewalk in the process. Between my neighbor and city of Richmond confirming what happened.
