Description
Pine tree in alleyway impedes trash and recycling pickup. The tree has been damaged several times by trash removal in the alleyway and there is currently a large gash in the side of the tree. Given its proximity to homes, fences, other improvements, and power lines, the continued risk of additional damage that could fell the tree merits its removal.
