Description
The city of Richmond owns the empty lot behind my house. I have asked, many times, to have this cut. You fail to mow up to the telephone pole. The first time it was cut, it was mowed right around the telephone pole but now no! Cut up to the pole please now! In addition, a huge tree limb has fallen in the middle of your property, and your movers leave it there and cut around it. Please remove that dead tree branch- and cut the grass!
