Description
On the corner of Semmes Ave and 31st street, along the 3100 Semmes Ave property, there is a fire hydrant next to a gutter. The concrete structure of the gutter has major damage. The front curb portion has broken revealing rebar, and the top portion has broken in half, with the back half sinking into the soil. The surrounding soil has several sinking holes, most notably the space between the gutter and the fire hydrant where there is a roughly 2 foot wide hole.
