Description

Vehicles constantly park in the alley between Garland and Hanes Avenues blocking garages and impeading traffic. There are also cars that park on Brookland Park Blvd so close to the entrance to this alley that it causes a hazard for anyone trying to pull out onto Brookland Park Blvd. More patrols, no parking signs, and ticketing offenders would be helpful.
