Description

People drive incredibly fast and speed down Libbie Avenue, which is very dangerous in a pedestrian heavy area with a playground. Someone is going to get hurt.

    DPW informed a Richmond Police Lieutenant about speeding concerns on Libbie Ave. Libbie Ave is also part of a federal funded project that will install a raised crosswalk on Libbie at Guthrie Ave.
