Description
This tree was initially reported in April 2025 as dying and the fact it was shedding limbs, one of which almost hit me and my neighbor when we were on the sidewalk talking. The arborist looked at it and he said it was "declining." Since then, signs were posted 2 different time to notify of removal of the tree. However, both time the signs were removed and the tree remains. It is DEAD and falling apart. The roots are rotting. Did someone forget about this tree?
