Description
They have now attempted to repair an asphalt alley and 12inch deep ruts with gravel. Each time it has lasted less than a week and then made worse. Asphalt is needed. We can no longer use this alley access The gravel continues to wash out and then BLOCK the tiny OLD storm drains.
