Description
Our neighborhood is asking the City to add speed tables to a stretch of Cherokee Road, west of Hugenot, between Southampton and Hickory Roads. This section is a straightaway, is narrow, and drivers completely ignore the 25MPH speed limit. Attached is a petition from the neighborhood. Since there are existing speed tables on Cherokee east of Hugenot, it makes sense to have them west of Hugenot, too. It is only a matter of time before a speeder seriously injures another person.
