Description

The grass and vegetation in the alley and walkway is overgrown between the homes on Mosby St and 19th St on the 1200 block. There is some gravel down but the overgrown grass makes it difficult to drive and walk and impossible to park. I believe this area is owned by the city but it is never maintained.
