Form of Graffiti against Richmond native, there paper stuck to my property that the Norfolk City at the 811e cityhallnorfolkva/back building behind the Norfolk Courthouse. When I went to pick up my belongings from this location, I had property missing. MyID/CARDS/TangibleGoods from the location below. The above property was stolen out of this location and I want to request investigation. This investigation needs to be reported to the file a claim for damages @ 811ECityhall,NrlkVa23510#600. /Phone: (757) 664-4444.. Please start the investigation. Suspects are mostly likely the norfolk pd horsing around. I want to press charges.
