Description

On the south sidewalk of Marshall Street between the 311 7th Street parking garage and the 310 8th Street surface parking lot, there is a missing slab currently filled with gravel. According to the U.S. Access Board's Guide to the ADA Accessibility Standards, "accessible floor and ground surfaces must be stable, firm, and slip resistant." While the current surface does not meet this criteria, could the City please repair this to ensure safety for all community members?
