Description
Healthy tree with documented wildlife—not properly removed—was cut down to keep homeless people from sitting under its shade. Yes, is why, we heard the entire discussion with the workers. KBS workers left pieces littering the sidewalks and piles in private yards in the alley. These KBS people hate the neighbors here and retaliate daily.
