Description

Alley btwn Loxley/Robin Hood: city contractor pipe work caused ongoing pavement failure, patches keep breaking into potholes, worsening. 4th repair cycle at this location. Prior cases: DPW000195275, DPW000208833, DPW000215613 - none resulted in a permanent fix. City Council office aware last year, advised continued 311 filings to support CIP funding. Requesting full repave, not another patch. Neighbors on block also filing separately.
