Description
Need to discuss a COR tree across the street in the front of her neighbor's address; a branch is dangling from the the tree that looks dangerous... It's a large branch that is being held from dropping by another branch. There's a huge hornets nest also in this tree the hornets nest can be seen facing the street side when you walk around the tree.
