Description
The unimproved section of 27th ST between X ST and Y ST continues to be an eye sore and have for illegal dumping, drug use, and indecent activity in the Churchill / Woodville area. There are currently several mattresses and other trashed dump in the brush along the alley, which are also impeding safe passage down the alley. Local residents would very much appreciate if someone could come clear the trash, and cut the brush back which seems to help curb dumping for a short time. Ideally, this section of 27th ST would be paved, curbed, and sidewalks added as it is also a path for children walking to the nearby school.
