Description
In the alley on Shafer Street between Broad and Grace streets, specifically between the VCU Broad Street Parking Deck and the Square Apartment building, there's an area that is almost impossible for someone who uses a wheelchair to roll across. It's a danger that could get someone hurt. I use a wheelchair, and I have noticed it's only gotten worse over the years. I tried using it a few weeks ago on my way to VCU and almost fell backwards in my wheelchair.
