Description
A large tree at the corner of N. Jefferson and W Franklin has split. Half of the tree is leaning towards the road blocking the traffic light when coming south on N. Jefferson and the leaning limbs are hit by passing traffic. The picture shows the tree in question, but not the obscuring of the light.
