Description
Gravel at the Paradise Park city parking spots needs to be repaired. Located behind 1714/1716 Floyd. Area turns into stagnant mud when it rains. Someone has gone so far as to lay down discarded rugs over the area - evidently to help with mud. Area is a mosquito breeding ground as is.
