Description
not sure if powerlines are running through tree. Tree has fallen limbs making sidewalk unsafe to walk. A large limb has split from tree and has fallen across sidewalk onto residential property. Tree is between 2412 and 2414. A huge stump has grown out from tree under the sidewalk causing the sidewalk to lift from the ground. Can not safely walk on sidewalk unless you walk around into street or into residential yard.
