Description
Empearl Drive is completely deteriorating with continuous potholes, making it impossible to drive straight. This is a severe danger to drivers and causes immediate alignment and tire damage to cars. It is 1 of 2 vital entrances to a large apartment complex with heavy traffic. Rain causes severe erosion that worsens daily. Patching is no longer a viable option as temporary fixes fail immediately. The structural integrity is gone; this street needs complete, urgent repaving.
