Description
The trash can is in the alley behind our house (4308 Stuart Avenue). The morning after trash pickup Iast week i went out to the alley and saw one of the wheels was competely ripped off of the bottom of the trash can. There was bever any damage to it before so i can only imagine this occurred when the trash truck lifted up the can.
